Calmwater Capital’s lending platform has expanded beyond our Southern California headquarters to include satellite offices in the New York metro area. We have made investments in nearly all of the top 50 MSAs and have the capability to lend in all 50 states. We deploy fully discretionary balance sheet capital which allows us to act quickly and provides flexibility for complex or special situations. Our client-centered ethos means sponsors can expect a timely response to questions or concerns about their transaction and will always have direct access to decision-makers.

  • Loan Costs: Sponsor shall provide a refundable deposit upon mutual term sheet execution
  • Amortization: Not required for most transactions
