Aaron Greene

Aaron is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of loan opportunities in the Northeast, primarily in the NY Metropolitan area, New Jersey, greater Philadelphia, Boston and Washington DC.
Prior to joining Calmwater, Aaron spent 10 years at Signature Bank primarily as a commercial real estate lender focused on the NYC metropolitan area. Before Signature, Aaron spent time at RCG Longview and Bear Stearns where he was involved with the origination, underwriting, asset management, and securitization of commercial real estate debt throughout the US. Aaron began his career as an auditor at Deloitte with a focus on commercial real estate.

Aaron received a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University, a MS in Accounting from Seton Hall University and is a licensed CPA in New Jersey (currently inactive).
