Courtney Koczka

Courtney Koczka joined the firm in 2024 as a Senior Associate on the Investor Relations team. She is based in the firm’s Park Avenue office in New York City.

Her previous experience includes positions at Vida Capital, JUST Capital, USAA Real Estate (Affinius Capital) and Abbey Capital in the United States and Europe. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, as well as an executive education in Sustainable Finance from the ISEG Lisbon School of Economics and Management (Portugal). She is a certified sustainability professional by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and is currently pursuing an MBA at Warwick Business School (UK).
